PROHIBITION WHITE

TASTING NOTES: Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Semillon combine to make this elegant and very approachable unwooded blend. Balanced tropical fruit and bright acidity. Easy drinking year-round.

PROHIBITION RED

TASTING NOTE: Cabernet Sauvignon blend for everyday drinking. Balanced and medium-full weight packed with black and red berry notes with a hint of complexity.

NOISY GRAPE ROSÉ BLEND

TASTING NOTES: A steel vat aged Chenin Blanc with a saignee splash of Shiraz creates this delicious and unusual Rose blend. Balanced acidity, red berry fruits with a spicy and zesty finish. Perfect for long summer days.

ANALYSIS: Alc by Vol 12%

PHILOSOPHERS STONE CABERNET SAUVIGNON BLEND

TASTING NOTE: A blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 29% Cabernet Franc and 16% Merlot. Extended time in small French oak before blending. A full mouthfeel, notes of tobacco, cassis, touch of smoke with a lingering finish. Decadent in every way.

ILLUSION PINOTAGE

TASTING NOTE: A blend of Pinotage from two harvests, new and previously used french oak make this wine a bolder style of South Africa's coveted native wine. A full moutfeel. packed with plums, cocoa and pencil shavings.
